2010 Rosé

Our Third Vintage – 2010 Rosé

The 2010 fruit for the rosé was separated and treated individually throughout fermentation which involved various parcels of juice fermenting in both stainless and a mixture of older French oak barrels, full wild yeast fermentation to dryness took place with extended lees work until bottling.

All in all these factors produced the style of rosé that Foster e Rocco set out to make from the start, a wine that is subtle in colour, highly fragrant and textural yet still dry and refreshing. We recommend serving the Rosé at a temperature between 10 – 16 Deg.
