Review in the Herald Sun: Foster e Rocco Rosé 2011

Blog No Comments

Last weekend Foster e Rocco Rosé  2011 was “Drink of the Week” in the Herald Sun.

Review in the Herald Sun:

Bottled only two weeks ago, sangiovese rose has a gorgeous hint of spice, tangy fruit and the mineral-rich Heathcote soils where the grapes are grown. It’s not too sweet, as many roses can be, but has dryness and a light acidity that works perfectly with all sorts of food. Foster e Rocco’s winemakers Adam Foster and Lincoln Riley are selling the rose through their website, fostererocco.com.au. A few cases of the rose can also be found at Vintage Cellars in Albert Park.
